Refund Policy for Coostudio

Because all products sold on Coostudio (virtual studio sets, stream overlays, and other digital assets) are digital and available for immediate download upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- No Refunds on Digital Products
Once you have downloaded the files, we cannot issue a refund. This policy protects the nature of digital goods, which cannot be “returned”. - Technical Issues – We Will Help
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the product (e.g., corrupted file, compatibility issue with your software), please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We will:
- Help you resolve the issue, or
- Provide a replacement file, or
- Offer store credit (at our discretion).

Send an email to [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Screenshot or video (if possible)
We aim to respond within 48 hours.
- Exceptions
No refunds will be given for change of mind, incorrect choice, or lost files after download (please back up your files). - Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and legal action.
